Malmö conference
The final conference for the Catch project is held in Malmö, Sweden. The
conference is open to the public and free of charge and will present the
results of a very successful European project on creative measures on how
to combat homelessness.

The project concentrates on three thematic areas within the large field of
homelessness. Homelessness and mental health, homelessness and
re-integration in the labour market and homelessness and the needs of
women. The conference starts on Thursday 29 June at 2 pm, results from two of the three thematic subjects, homelessness and mental health and
homelessness and re-integration in the labour market. The results will be
illustrated with good examples of services from the partner countries.

On Friday the 30 June, the Swedish Minister for Public Health and Social
Services, Morgan Johansson gives the opening speech. A panel of researches will give their opinion on Catch’s key-findings and recommendations when it comes to services for homeless women. Which indeed will be one of the highlights during the day. Later the strategy reports will be scrutinized by an interesting panel and the European organisation Feantsa will present their work on homelessness.
